I had the chance to do this program NLP in 2014. But i am not practicing and for that matter don’t even remember what i learnt as it is going to be 6 years. No excuses in life, fault is mine.
The trainer was a US National – very very senior , but outstanding in his teachings of the concepts. He always stressed every time that it is your mental readiness. He had this unique way of summarizing previous days teachings- we all used to sit in row of chairs( no front tables), and since the group was of a size 69, it went up to 6 rows. Every day one row of approximately 12 participants will split the summary of the learnings. We never had any presentation right through those 20 days of Basic as well, in Advance course. It used to be exciting, as there was no fault finding or complaining if anybody falters- the trainer was amazingly calm, corrects the person who makes the mistake, thereby ensuring morale is always high, automatic interest in participants to participate ,since they were secure in the mind.
Enjoyed every bit- I as a behavioral trainer try and my level best to inculcate in my training space.
It was so simple and he made it simpler for us- If the mind is ready, thinking positively, anything is possible.
Lessons learnt 6 years back still vivid in memory.
