Virtual Connect- My Experience

A VPN is an essential component of IT security, whether you’re just starting a business or are already up and running. Most business interactions and transactions happen online and VPN

I started doing these webinar sessions from 21st March and already had done 16 sessions, all on various days
Few points
1) Opening the Web and waiting for participants 20 minutes
before is an excellent idea
2) I carry a spiral pad and note every name who keep joining
3) This is where i discovered how to handle the class virtually
4) Every activity i give, i keep hearing their reciprocation’s
and smartly look at the names in the spiral pad and keep
ticking. While i keep interacting, i make the participants
busy in their mind and specify while i give the next activity
that, early participants who were active should give way
to others, and then deliberately spell out non active
names.
5) By this method i could see we have 90% participation,
within 3 hours of the class starting.
6) Also for every question, answer- ask the participants to
come on the chat to put the words ” claps”- this really
motivates everybody
7) One issue i observed is one or two will come in and out,
frequently- taking advantage of connectivity issue- just
keep tracking, so that you show everybody that you are
under control of the session –

This new normal is exciting- Adaptability is a great skill
