am sure many who read my post on ” Retirement” and ” Realization”.
In continuation I am trying to put forth few words here
It is fact and usual for minds in Corporate to look at Educational background , then overall experience and expertise in specific industry for the employee in fray to get hired. I am only putting my views herewith , as life is practical and except specific industries-for ex.” IT”, where the skills acquired need to be used and the employee concerned to reskill, upskill continuously to stay relevant. I am requesting for the industry across to do look at giving opportunities basis experience , as except for few industries, most other industry is all about the employee picking up on the job, not from base, but building on the base that is relevant and stands quite useful for practical applicability. I request anybody reading this, not to take into account that I am marketing myself here, as I have good experience at least in 2 different industries. The one which I would like the world to realize is practicality is critical on the job front, as like mentioned earlier, not all industries need total intellectuality to deal in the job, for being successful . Will remain with total eagerness to get my opportunity at some stage-Thanks
